The Ohana Martin Farms Story
Aloha
For years, owning a farm and growing coffee was just a dream—a vision we cherished and nurtured in our hearts. When the opportunity arose to bring that dream to life, we embraced it wholeheartedly, making Holualoa our home and beginning an incredible journey.
Guided by the simple philosophy of asking, “What is the next right move?” we strive to live in harmony with what the world and universe reveal to us.
Our roots span Montana, Ohio, and California, with family backgrounds in banking, housing, and architecture. Yet, it’s here, in the rich soil of Kona, that we’ve planted new roots and immersed ourselves in this extraordinary community.
Starting a farm, building a home, and becoming part of Holualoa has been a deeply rewarding experience. Along the way, we’ve been honored to receive first place in the 2024 Kona Coffee Cultural Festival—an achievement we attribute to one thing: care.
Care for the land. Care for the plants. Care for the animals. And most importantly, care for the people—our ‘ohana—who make this dream possible.
We feel immensely grateful for the opportunity to be stewards of this land and members of this community. With humility and respect, we look forward to growing and thriving together for many years to come.
